การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาคุณธรรมสำหรับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาคุณธรรม 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาคุณธรรม และ 3) ประเมินการบริหารสถานศึกษาคุณธรรมสำหรับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ กลุ่มผู้รับใบอนุญาต/ผู้อำนวยการ หรือรองผู้อำนวยการ และหัวหน้างานของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน 480 แห่ง จำนวน 960 คน ใช้การคำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของยามาเน่ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน ±5% ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .99 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาคุณธรรม แบ่งเป็น 2 องค์ประกอบ 11 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ (1) สภาพแวดล้อมภายใน ประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างและนโยบาย การให้บริการทางการศึกษา บุคลากร การเงิน วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการบริหารจัดการ (2) การเป็นสถานศึกษาคุณธรรม ประกอบด้วย สถานศึกษา ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน และชุมชน/ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 2) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมทั้งในด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสม และความถูกต้อง รูปแบบประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเชิงกลยุทธ์ (2) การบริหารทรัพยากรสถานศึกษา ซึ่งรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องและกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยมีค่าสถิติที่แสดงถึงความเหมาะสมของโมเดล เช่น ค่าไคสแควร์ 33.492 ค่า p-value 0.055 และ 3) ผลการประเมินการบริหารสถานศึกษาคุณธรรม พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยหลังการจัดกิจกรรมสูงกว่าก่อนจัดกิจกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research aimed to: 1) analyze the components of moral school management, 2) develop a moral school management model, and 3) evaluate the implementation of the developed model for private vocational education colleges. The population of this study comprised 960 individuals, including license holders, directors, deputy directors, and department heads from 480 private vocational education colleges. A sample size of 400 was determined using Yamane's formula with a 95% confidence level and a ±5% margin of error. Cluster sampling was employed for participant selection. The research instruments included in-depth interviews and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which demonstrated a reliability coefficient of .99. The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test. The research results revealed that: 1) the analysis of the components of moral school management identified 2 main components comprising 11 factors. (1) The internal environment: organizational structure and policy, educational services, personnel, finance, equipment, and management. (2) The moral school attributes: educational institutions, administrators, teachers, students, and communities /stakeholders. 2) The developed model was found to be highly appropriate in terms of utility, feasibility, suitability, and accuracy. The model comprises 2 components: (1) strategic participatory management and (2) resource management in educational institutions. Statistical analysis confirmed the model's alignment and coherence with empirical data. Key fit indices included a Chi-Square value of 33.492 and a p-value of 0.055, and 3) the evaluation results indicated that the post-activity mean scores were significantly higher than the pre-activity scores at a statistical significance level of .01.
