การศึกษาปัญหาของอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี เกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาของอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี เกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม 2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีเกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ จำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์ การทำงาน ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ตำแหน่งทางบริหาร และผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีคณะครุศาสตร์ อุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 58 ท่าน โดยเป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งจำแนก รายด้าน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการ สนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้าน การติดตามการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีเกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทาง วิชาการ จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ตำแหน่งทางบริหาร และผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
