การประเมินหลักสูตรบูรณาการชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ นครนายก โดยใช้รูปแบบซิป (CIPP MODEL)

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรบูรณาการระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตละอออุทิศ นครนายก โดยใช้รูปแบบของซิป (CIPP Model) ในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวกับการประเมินบริบทหรือสภาวะแวดล้อม การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น การประเมินกระบวนการใช้หลักสูตร และการประเมินผลผลิตหรือผลสัมฤทธิ์ของหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูใหญ่ จำนวน 1 คน หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ จำนวน 2 คน คณะครู จำนวน 20 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา (ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2-3) จำนวน 95 คน ผู้ปกครองจำนวน 100 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 12 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 230 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน บุคลากร คณะกรรมการโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน ประเมินหลักสูตรบูรณาการของชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนาเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต ว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ครูใหญ่ และหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรบูรณาการว่า หลักสูตรบูรณาการสามารถลดความซ้ำซ้อนของเนื้อหาและ ให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้อย่างสนุกสนาน เกิดทักษะกระบวนการคิดและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาใน ชีวิตประจำวันได้ด้วยตนเอง มีความสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ ภารกิจ เป้าหมาย ของโรงเรียน แต่รายวิชาบางวิชาที่อยู่ในหลักสูตรบูรณาการที่เป็นวิชาทักษะที่ต้องฝึกปฏิบัติ นักเรียนจะได้ทักษะไม่ครบเท่าที่ควรการใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ทาให้โรงเรียนและนักเรียนเรียนประสบความสำเร็จ การใช้หลักสูตรสามารถทำให้นักเรียนเกิดทักษะกระบวนการคิด และสามารถนำทักษะที่เรียนไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ รวมถึงแก้ปัญหาในชีวิตประจำวันได้

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Primary 1 (Grade 1) integrated curriculum in La-orutis Demonstration School in Nakhon Nayok using CIPP model. The school context, the input factors, the process of curriculum implementation, and the product or the achievement of the curriculum were assessed. The sample of this research, the total of 230, included the principal of La-orutis Demonstration School in Nakhon Nayok, two heads of academic department, 20 teachers, 95 primary 2-3 (grade 2-3) students, 100 parents, 12 school board members. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview questions. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, S.D., and content analysis. The research revealed that school administrators, school personnel, school board members, teachers, parents, and students evaluated the context, the input, the process, and the product of the Primary 1 (Grade 1) integrated curriculum as an appropriate curriculum at a high level. The principal and heads of academic department reflected that the integrated curriculum could lessen redundancies in course contents. It also provided the learners fun learning activities, developed their thinking skills, and encouraged them to solve their everyday problems by themselves. Moreover, the integrated curriculum was compatible with the school’s vision, mission statements, and goals. However, students did not have enough time to practice their skills in some skill training courses. In conclusion, the implementation of Primary 1 (Grade 1) integrated curriculum could support the school and the student success. The curriculum could strengthen students’ thinking skills and reassure that they could solve their everyday problems by themselves.
