การพัฒนาความรู้ความเข้าใจระเบียบการเบิกจ่ายเงินโครงการกิจกรรม การพัฒนานักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจระเบียบการเบิกจ่ายเงินโครงการกิจกรรมการพัฒนานักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจระเบียบการเบิกจ่ายเงินโครงการกิจกรรมการพัฒนานักศึกษาของนักศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนการได้รับการอบรม และหลังการเข้ารับการอบรมระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องดังกล่าว งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้การแจกแบบสอบถามโดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาที่เข้ารับการอบรมในหัวข้อระเบียบการเบิกจ่ายเงินสโมสรนักศึกษาและตัวอย่างใบเสร็จรับเงินที่ถูกต้องตามระเบียบการเบิกจ่าย วันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ.2562 ณ ห้องประชุมวชิระนาวาและห้องประชุมเภตรามาส ชั้น 9 อาคาร 4 คณะบริหารธุรกิจ จำนวน 50 ราย โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้เข้ารับการอบรมส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย กำลังศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 3 สาขาวิชาการจัดการ และการบริหารธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ ไม่มีประสบการณ์การเบิกจ่ายเงินตามโครงการทั้งจากคณะบริหารธุรกิจ และ ระดับมัธยม ผลการประเมินระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการเบิกจ่ายเงินโครงการกิจกรรมการพัฒนานักศึกษาของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามก่อนการรับการอบรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 54.4 ซึ่งเป็นระดับปานกลาง แต่เมื่อเข้ารับการอบรมแล้วพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 70.4 ซึ่งเป็นระดับมาก แต่อย่างไรก็ตามยังไม่มีผู้ใดอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องให้มีการอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป ส่วนการใช้สถิติอนุมานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลทุกด้าน (เพศ ปีที่ศึกษา สาขาวิชาที่ศึกษา ประสบการณ์การเบิกจ่ายตามโครงการของคณะบริหารุรกิจอายุ และประสบการณ์การเบิกจ่ายระดับมัธยมศึกษา) ไม่มีผลกระทบต่อความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการเบิกจ่ายเงินโครงการกิจกรรมการพัฒนานักศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

This research aimed to examine students’ understanding of the disbursement regulations of student development projects set out by the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The study compared the level of understanding before and after participation in seminars about the disbursement regulations of student development projects. This research was conducted quantitatively by distributing 50 questionnaires to undergraduate students who attended seminars titled “Student Club Disbursement Regulations and Validated Receipt Samples” held on May 2, 2019, at the Wachiranava Conference Room and Petramas Meeting Room situated on the 9th Floorof Building 4in the Faculty of Business Administration. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and One-way ANOVA. The research findings showed that most of the respondents were male, being second and third year students studying Management and International Business Administration, and had no knowledge of disbursement regulations. Before attending the seminars, the mean level of understanding disbursement regulations among respondents was 54.4 (moderate level). Then, after attending, the mean level of understanding disbursement regulations among respondents increased to 70.4 (high level). However, no one reached the highest level of understanding disbursement regulations, implying that the faculty should give relevant seminars to undergraduate students on a regular basis. Using inferential statistics, the results found that personal factors did not affect the level of understanding disbursement regulations in any statistically significant manner.
