ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความรู้กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคกลาง สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับของการจัดการความรู้ 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความรู้กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคกลาง สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำ พนักงานราชการ อัตราจ้าง ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคกลาง ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 277 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการจัดการความรู้ อยู่ในระดับมากโดยรวมและรายด้าน 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการดำ เนินงาน อยู่ในระดับมากโดยรวมและรายด้าน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความรู้กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคกลาง สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย โดยภาพรวม (X tot) และ (Ytot) มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงโดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r =.860) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of knowledge management, 2) the level of the effectiveness of science center for education, and 3) the relationship between knowledge management and the effectiveness of science center for education in the central region under The Office of Non–Formal and Informal Education. The population consisted of 277 person including school administrators, government officers, permanent employees, government employees, and temporary employees in science center for education in the central region in academic year 2014. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient to determine the relationship. The research showed that 1) the level of knowledge management as a whole and on all aspects was at the high level, 2) the level of the effectiveness of science center for education as a whole and on all aspects was at the high level, and 3) the relationship between knowledge management and the effectiveness of science center for education in the central region under The Office of Non–Formal and Informal Education revealed positive relationship in high level (r =.860) at .01 level of significance.
