การพัฒนาดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสูตรดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบที่เหมาะสมสำหรับงานประดิษฐ์ 2) ศึกษาสมบัติทางกายภาพของดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบ 3) ประดิษฐ์ผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์จากดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบ และ 4) สำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดินปั้นต่อดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบและผู้บริโภคต่อผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์จากดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบ วิธีการวิจัย คือ ศึกษาและทดลองสูตรดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบ 12 สูตร คัดเลือก 3 สูตร นำมาทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพศึกษาความเหมาะสมสำหรับงานประดิษฐ์โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดินปั้น 5 คน ทดลองปั้นผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดินปั้นต่อดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบ นำสูตรที่ดีที่สุดประดิษฐ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ภาพนูนต่ำ และตุ๊กตา และสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์จากดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบด้วยค่าสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลจำนวน 120 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดินปั้นเลือกสูตรดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบที่ดีที่สุด 1 สูตร และมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับงานประดิษฐ์ การวิเคราะห์ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (4.52) ผลการทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพมีค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของการวัดค่าสี L*เท่ากับ 44.96±1.8 a*0.53±0.25 และ b*2.76±0.32 ความยืดหยุ่นเท่ากับ 5.มิลลิเมตร±0.06 และค่าความชื้นร้อยละ 34.35±0.84 วิเคราะห์ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์จากดินปั้นเถ้าแกลบอยู่ในระดับมาก (4.23)

This research was aimed to 1) develop the husk ash clay formula suitable for art and crafts, 2) study the physical properties of the clay, 3) create husk ash clay products, and 4) survey the experts’ satisfaction of the husk ash clay and the consumers’ satisfaction of the products. In this study, 12 husk ash clay formulas were developed. From these, three were selected and their physical properties were tested by 5 clay experts. The husk ash clay of the best formula tested was used for creating dolls and bas-relief pictures. Then the consumers’ satisfaction of all products was collected from 120 customers in Bangkok and suburban area by means of random sampling, and the data were statistically analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. It was found that the experts’ satisfaction of the best husk ash clay formula was at 4.52. From the physical properties testing, the average and the standard deviation of the measured values L* were equivalent to 44.96±1.8 a* 0.53±0.25 and b* 2.76±0.32 while the Springiness was 5.5mm±0.06 and the humidity was 34.35±0.84. The consumers’ satisfaction of the husk ash clay craft products was at the high level of 4.23.
