ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน : กรณีศึกษา พนักงานธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานเขตลพบุรีโดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการแจกแบบสอบถามพนักงานธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานเขตลพบุรี จำนวน 192 คนสถิติที่ใช้คือ Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA และ Pearson product moment correlation ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพนักงานธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)สำนักงานเขตลพบุรี มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยพนักงานให้ความสำคัญในด้านความภูมิใจในองค์การมากที่สุด พนักงานธนาคารกรุงไทยมีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยพนักงานให้ความสำคัญในด้านการให้บริการอย่างเท่าเทียมกันมากที่สุดและยังพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานเขตลพบุรี ทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยรวมเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันซึ่งมีระดับความสัมพันธ์กันค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันมากที่สุดคือด้านความเสมอภาคและความยุติธรรมในองค์การ

The purpose of this study was to study the level and relationship between the quality of working life of employees of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (KTB), Lopburi Branch, and their work efficiency by gathering data from questionnaires distributed to 192 KTB employees at the Lopburi branch. The statistics used in the study were Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. Results of the study revealed that the quality of general working life of KTB employees at the Lopburi Branch were at the highest level in all aspects which could be shown pride in the organization. KTB employees’ general work efficiency was in the highest level, in providing equal service. KTB employees at the Lopburi Branch had relationship with their overall work efficiency in the same direction with a rather high statistical significance of 0.05. The highest level of relationship was found in the aspect of equality and justice in the organization.
