ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา31) ระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2)3ระดับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการ 3)3ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการ เขตอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ระดับประถมศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอ คลองหลวง ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ประมาณค่า5 ระดับได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) สมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้าน 3)3ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 พบว่าโดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 มีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง

This research aims to study 1) the level of Leadership of School Administrator 2) Academic Administrator Competencies of School 3) the relationship between Leadership of School Administrator and Academic Administrator Competencies of Schools in Amphoe Klongluang under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample used in this study includes 300 primary school teachers in Amphoe Klongluang in 2010. This research used the questionnaire which is performed to choose 5 kinds of measurement such as percentage, average, standard deviation and correlation coefficient of Pearson. The results showed that 1) the level of Leadership of School Administrator and 2) the Academic Administrator Competencies of School are high level for both. and 3) the relationship between Leadership of School Administrator and Academic Administrator Competencies of School in Amphoe Klongluang under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that the positive correlation were statistically significant at the .01 level as high levels.
