การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของดัชนีชี้วัดผลสำเร็จขององค์กรตามหลักการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงดุลยภาพ กรณีศึกษา :โรงงานฉีดพลาสติก

Abstract

ระบบการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงดุลยภาพ (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) ถือได้ว่าเป็นระบบการจัดการที่ถูกนำมาใช้อย่างแพร่หลายในองค์กรผู้ผลิต เพราะทำให้สามารถวัดและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานแบบเชื่อมโยงกันทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ด้านการเงิน ด้านลูกค้า ด้านกระบวนการภายใน และด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของดัชนีชี้วัดผลสำเร็จ (Key Performance Indicators : KPIs) ของบริษัทกรณีศึกษาซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมฉีดพลาสติกตามหลักการวัดผลการปฏิบัติงานเชิงดุลยภาพ เพื่อการสร้างความเชื่อมโยงของแต่ละดัชนีชี้วัดเป็นแผนที่ยุทธศาสตร์ (Strategy Map) ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานเริ่มจากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของดัชนีชี้วัดผลสำเร็จของฝ่ายโรงงานเป็นเวลา 24 เดือน มุ่งเน้นที่แผนกการผลิต แผนกควบคุมคุณภาพและแผนกวิศวกรรมหลังจากนั้นทำการทดสอบระดับความสัมพันธ์ของแต่ละดัชนีชี้วัดผลสำเร็จด้วยการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation Analysis) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ผลการศึกษาพบว่าดัชนีชี้วัดของแผนกผลิตที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชื่อมโยงต่อกันทั้ง 4 ด้านโดยมีระดับความสัมพันธ์ตั้งแต่ระดับต่ำ (r = 0.410) ถึงปานกลาง (r = 0.685) ซึ่งดัชนีชี้วัดของแผนกวิศวกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์เชื่อมโยงเฉพาะด้านการเงินที่ระดับความสัมพันธ์ต่ำตั้งแต่ค่า r = 0.410 ถึง r = 0.478 ส่วนแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพพบว่าดัชนีชี้วัดมีความสัมพันธ์เชื่อมโยงกันเฉพาะภายในกระบวนการระหว่างแผนกเท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ตามหลังจากการสร้างและนำแผนที่ยุทธศาสตร์ไปประยุกต์ใช้พบว่าผลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายโรงงานสามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายขององค์กร

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach is a performance measurement system that is used extensively in manufacturing firms to monitor organization performance against strategic goals based on four perspectives; financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth. The aims of this thesis are to study and analyze the interrelationship among the case company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) based on BSC. The interrelationship diagram is then built and called as a strategy map of the case company. This case company located in the plastic injection molding industry. The process begins with collecting historical data for 24 months of each KPIs used in factory section which mainly focus on three departments; production, engineering and quality control. Then the correlation analysis is applied to statistically test the degree of relationship among KPIs at confident level 95%. The findings show that at the production department, the interrelationship among KPIs has been found on all four perspectives. The degree of relationship classified from low (r = 0.410) to medium (r = 0.685). The interrelationship of KPIs at engineering department has been found only on the financial perspective. The degree of relationship is low range from r = 0.410 to r = 0.478. For the quality control department, the interrelationship is found only on the internal process perspective. However, after constructing and implementing the proposed strategy map, it is found that factory section able to achieve the organizational goals and objectives effectively
