ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้โมบายแอปพลิเคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้โม บาย แอป พลิ เค ชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์ ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพบริการ 2) ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพระบบการใช้งาน และ 3) ปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร และมีประสบการณ์การใช้บริการโมบายแอปพลิเคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์อย่างน้อย 1 แอปพลิเคชันในระยะเวลา 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาประกอบด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพบริการ ได้แก่ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้านการตอบสนองด้านการให้ความมั่นใจ และด้านการเอาใจใส่ ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโมบายแอปพลิเคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์ ขณะที่ด้านสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้ ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโมบายแอปพลิเคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์สำหรับ ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพระบบการใช้งาน ได้แก่ ด้านความง่ายในการใช้งาน ด้านความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนอง และด้านความสะดวกในการเข้าถึง ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโมบายแอปพลิเคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์ ขณะที่ด้านความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานและด้านความมีเสถียรภาพไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโมบายแอปพลิ เคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์ และปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ได้แก่ ความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ ความคาดหวังในการพยายาม อิทธิพลของสังคม และสภาพสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโมบายแอปพลิเคชันปรึกษาแพทย์ออนไลน์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors, namely service quality factors, system quality factors, and technology acceptance factors, that affect the decision to use an online medical consultation mobile application. The sample population used in this study comprised 400 people living in Bangkok who had used at least one online medical consultation mobile application in the past 6 months. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation along with inferential statistics: multiple regression analysis. The study results showed that the dimensions of service quality factors included reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affected the decision to use an online medical consultation mobile application whereas the tangibles dimension demonstrated no effect on the decision to use an online medical consultation mobile application. According to the system quality factors, the dimensions of ease of use, response times, and convenience of access all affected the decision to use an online medical consultation mobile application whereas the dimension of security and the reliability dimension, both demonstrated no effect on the decision to use an online medical consultation mobile application. Additionally, all dimensions of technology acceptance factors including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, had effects on the decision to use an online medical consultation mobile application at a statistically significant level of .05.
