การพัฒนากระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้าสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการผลิตกระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้า 2) ทดลองหาสภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการต้มเยื่อและทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพของกระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้า และ 3) สำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์จากกระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้า วิธีการวิจัย คือ ทดลองผลิตกระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้า เพื่อหาสภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการต้มเยื่อ จากมูลม้า โดยปัจจัยที่ทำการศึกษามี 2 ปัจจัย คือ ปริมาณการใช้โซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ โดยแปรเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ ร้อยละ 10 15 และ 20 และใช้ระยะเวลาในการต้มโดยแปรเป็น 2 ระดับ คือ 2 และ 3 ชั่วโมง ทำการทดลองแบบ Factorial in CRD วิเคราะห์ร้อยละของผลผลิต และทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพของ กระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้าทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ การทดสอบน้ำหนักมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความหนา การทดสอบ หาแรงดันทะลุ การทดสอบหาความต้านแรงฉีกขาด และวัดคุณภาพทางจุลินทรีย์ จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ความ แปรปรวน (ANOVA) และความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยวิธี Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test และสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านงานประดิษฐ์ จำนวน 10 คน และผู้บริโภค จำนวน 100 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กระบวนการผลิตกระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้ามีทั้งหมด 4 ขั้นตอน คือ เตรียมเยื่อมูลม้า การปรับสภาพเยื่อมูลด้วยสารละลายโซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ การเตรียมเยื่อกระดาษ และ การผลิตกระดาษ 2) สภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการต้มเยื่อมูลม้าคือ สภาวะความเข้มข้นของสารละลาย โซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์อัตราส่วนร้อยละ 10 ระยะเวลาในการต้ม 3 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งกระดาษมูลม้ามีค่าร้อยละ ของผลผลิตเยื่อจากมูลม้าเท่ากับ 62.8 ค่าน้ำหนักมาตราฐานของกระดาษเท่ากับ 258.00กรัมต่อตารางเมตร ค่าความหนาของกระดาษเท่ากับ 0.956 มิลลิเมตร ความต้านแรงดันทะลุ 173.0 กิโลปาสคาล ค่าความ ต้านแรงฉีกขาดเท่ากับ 2,783.0 มิลลินิวตัน และไม่พบการตกค้างของเชื้ออีโคไล 3) ความพึงพอใจของ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านงานประดิษฐ์และผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของกระดาษทำมือจากมูลม้าและลักษณะของ ผลิตภัณฑ์งานประดิษฐ์อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.26)

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the production process of homemade paper from horsedung, 2) to experiment optimal conditions for pulp boiling and to test physical properties of homemade paper from horsedung, and 3) to survey the customer’s satisfaction on the handmade paper from horsedung. The experimental method involved producing homemade paper from horsedung to determine the optimal conditions for pulp boiling from horsedung. In the study, the two factors included the amount of sodium hydroxide being converted into 3 levels: 10, 15 and 20% and the boiling water duration being converted into 2 levels: 2 and 3 hours. The experiment of factorial in CRD was conducted by analyzing and calculating percent yield. The 5 physical properties of handmade paper from horsedung were studied, including standard weight test, thickness test, breakdown voltage test, tearing force test and microbial quality measurement. The analysis of variance ( ANOVA) and mean difference using Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test were used and the satisfaction of 10 craft experts and 100 consumers was investigated. The research results revealed that: 1) the production process of homemade paper from horsedung consisted of 4 steps: horsedung pulp preparation, horsedung pulp conditioning with sodium hydroxide solution, paper pulp preparation and papermaking. 2) The optimal condition for pulp boiling from horsedung was 10 % of the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution with a 3-hour duration, whereas the percent yield of horsedung paper was 62.8. The paper standard weight was 258 grams per square meter. The paper thickness was 0.956 mm and the breakdown pressure was 173.0 kPa. The tearing force was 2,783.0 mN., and the residue of E.coli was not found. 3) The satisfaction of craft experts and customers towards characteristics of handmade paper from horsedung and craft products was at a high level (mean=4.26).
