แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงและสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของการ พัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา รวม 298 คน โดยการใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบตอบสนองคู่ มีค่าความสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงของการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่ควรเป็นของการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการกล้าคิดกล้าทำ ด้วยจินตนาการ สร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่โดยการคิดนอกกรอบ พร้อมทั้งสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะต่อ การคิดสร้างสรรค์ (2) ด้านการตั้งคำถามอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เน้นเทคนิควิธีการตั้งคำถามตามวิธีการ PBL และ 5W, 1H เพื่อก่อให้เกิดการคิดวิเคราะห์ค้นหาคำตอบ (3) ด้านการปรับปรุงเพื่อสร้างสิ่งใหม่ พัฒนาผลงานตลอดเวลาด้วยวิธีการทดลอง ทำซ้ำ (4) ด้านการเชื่อมโยงความรู้เพื่อสร้างความรู้ เน้นวิธีการคิดจากจุดเล็กไปหาจุดใหญ่เพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวม และ (5) ด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อสร้างความรู้ใหม่ จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาองค์กรภายในองค์กรและการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ตามลำดับ

The purposes of this research were to study current and desired level of development in innovative thinking skills of teachers working for the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and to propose guidelines for developing innovative thinking skills of those teachers. The sample was 298 teachers and administrators working for the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. They were drawn from stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a dual-response format questionnaire of which the reliability was 0.95. The statistical devices for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified) and content analysis. The results revealed that the overall current and the desired level for developing teachers’ innovative thinking skills was at a high level and the overall desired performance was at the highest level. Based on these results, the guidelines for developing teachers’ innovative thinking skills contained five main aspects as shown below: 1) Dare to think and dare to perform, creating new innovations by thinking outside the box, and creating an environment suitable for creative thinking 2) Make creative questions, focusing on techniques and methods for problem-based questioning (Problem-based Learning: PBL) or 5W 1H to find out the answer 3) Improve to create new things, developing works by regularly experimenting or repeating 4) Connect knowledge, emphasizing thinking methods from small point to big point 5) Network to create new knowledge through the exchange of knowledge between individuals both inside and outside the institutes, respectively
