Abstract: These days, the seemingly endless usage and manufacturing of Information Technology (IT) products are one of the main factors that intensify environmental problems. Many concerned citizens believed that green IT products and green businesses are vital for sustainable development. It is only by realizing how to encourage both individual and organization that would help establishing sustainable green society. Hence, a framework for prediction is needed. This paper proposed to develop a framework that can predict consumer intention to support IT products and businesses that were considered eco-friendly. Diffusion of Innovation, Information System Success, and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) were mainly adopted in the framework development. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was also employed for hypothesis testing. The results showed that environmental concern & habit has the strongest influence factor on the intention to support green IT products and business. It was followed by perceived green benefits, resource sacrifices, perceived green organization policy and noticeability. Finally, additional analysis confirmed that perceived green benefits were good mediator between resource sacrifices and environmental concerns and habits.
