ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความรู้กับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสระบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการจัดการความรู้ของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการความรู้กับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 149 ศูนย์ โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ศูนย์ละ 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 149 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับการจัดการความรู้ของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) การจัดการความรู้กับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีความสัมพันธ์กัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research investigated 1) the level of knowledge management of teachers in child development centers, 2) the level of teachers’ performance efficiency in child development centers, and 3) the relationship between the knowledge management and teachers’ performance efficiency in child development centers under Local Administrations in Saraburi province. The sample in this study, selected by a specific selection method (Purposive Sampling), was composed of 149 teachers from 149 child development centers under Local Administrations in Saraburi province. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient to determine the relationship. The research revealed that 1) the level of knowledge management of teachers in child development centers was at the high level in all aspects, 2) the level of teachers’ performance efficiency in child development centers was at the high level in all aspects, and 3) the relationship between the knowledge management and teachers’ performance efficiency in child development centers was at .01 level of significance.
