การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของธุรกิจไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ : กรณีศึกษาหมู่บ้านไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ คลอง 15 อ.องครักษ์ จ.นครนายก

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทน รวมทั้งจุดคุ้มทุนของการเพาะพันธุ์ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับของธุรกิจขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลาง ในหมู่บ้านไม้ดอก ไม้ประดับ คลอง 15 อ.องครักษ์ จ.นครนายก ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรที่ทำการเพาะพันธุ์ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับชนิดคลุมดินเพื่อจำหน่ายในหมู่บ้านไม้ดอกไม้ประดับคลอง 15 โดยวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลจากบัญชีรับจ่าย ตั้งแต่ มกราคมถึงธันวาคม 2555 ของธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก จำนวน 1 แห่ง และธุรกิจขนาดกลางจำนวน 1 แห่ง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก มีสัดส่วนรายได้จากการขายต้นขาไก่มากที่สุดคือ ร้อยละ 23.66 รองลงมาเป็นรายได้จากการขายต้นแดงสิงคโปร์ร้อยละ 20.29 ต้นเทียนทอง ร้อยละ 18.54 ตามลำดับ ธุรกิจขนาดกลาง มีสัดส่วนรายได้จากการขายต้นผักโขมมากที่สุด คือ ร้อยละ 16.98 รองลงมา เป็นรายได้จากการขายต้นเทียนทองร้อยละ 14.85 ต้นหูปลาช่อนร้อยละ 12.86 ตามลาดับ ต้นชาดัดและต้นฤๅษีผสมมีอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นสูงที่สุดของทั้งธุรกิจขนาดเล็กและธุรกิจขนาดกลางคือ ธุรกิจขนาดเล็กต้นชาดัดและต้นฤๅษีผสมให้อัตรากำไรขั้นต้นสูงที่สุดคือ ร้อยละ 77.50 รองลงมาคือ ต้นเทียนทองและต้นขาไก่มีอัตรากำไรขั้นต้น ร้อยละ 76.50 ต้นหลิวมีอัตรากำไรขั้นต้น ร้อยละ 75.50 ตามลำดับ และธุรกิจขนาดกลางต้นชาดัดและต้นฤๅษีผสมให้อัตรากำไรขั้นต้นสูงที่สุดคือ ร้อยละ 74.50 รองลงมาคือต้นขาไก่และต้นเทียนทองมีอัตรากำไรขั้นต้น ร้อยละ 73.50 ต้นคุณนายตื่นสายและต้นหัวใจม่วงมีอัตรากำไรขั้นต้น ร้อยละ 73.00 ตามลา ดับ จุดคุ้มทุนของธุรกิจขนาดเล็กคือต้องผลิตและจำหน่ายไม้ดอกไม้ประดับจำนวน 11,498 ต้นจึงจะคุ้มทุน และจุดคุ้มทุนของธุรกิจขนาดกลางคือต้องผลิตและจำหน่ายไม้ดอกไม้ประดับจำนวน 38,075 ต้น จึงจะคุ้มทุน

The individual study was carried out to analyze the costs and returns as well as the breakeven point in sales volume of the small and medium-sized businesses on flowers and plants at the Garden Trees Village Klong 15, Ongkharak District, Nakorn Nayok Province. The samples used in the study were the growers who planted the flowers and plants as the cover crops for sale at the Garden Trees Village Klong 15. The analysis of data were done through the investigation of the account entries of one small-sized and one medium-sized businesses during January to December 2012. The results of study demonstrated that the small-sized business earned the highest income from the sale of the flame flowers (23.66%), next below were from the caricature plants (20.29%), and the golden dewdrop plants (18.54%) respectively. The medium-sized business earned the highest income from the sale of the amaranth plants (16.98%), next below were from the golden dew drop plants (14.85%), and the copper leaf plants (12.86%) respectively. The carmona retusa and the coleus plants made the highest gross profit to both small-sized and medium-sized businesses. The carmona retusa and the coleus plants made the highest gross profit to the small-sized business at 77.50%, next below, the golden dewdrop plants and the flame flowers made the gross profit at 76.50%, and the false heather plants made the gross profit at 75.50% respectively. The carmona retusa and the coleus plants made the highest gross profit to the medium-sized business at 74.50%, next below, the flame flowers and the golden dewdrop plants made the gross profit at 73.50%, while the purslane and the purple heart plants made the gross profit at 73.00% respectively. The break-even point in sales volume of the small-sized business was the production and sales of 11,498 flowers and plants, while the break-even point in sales volume of the medium-sized business was the production and sales of 38,075 flowers and plants.
